Is Nepal famous?

Is Mt.Everest famous? Is Lord Gautam Buddha famous? Is Pashupatinath temple famous? If all the answer to these questions is yes, then of course the country to which all these belong should be famous, isn’t it?

Nepal is a country of natural beauty and impressive culture and history. It is the country one has to visit at least once in their lifetime. I think people who love to travel have heard a lot about this country.

However, we have to accept the bitter truth that Nepal is still not as popular as it should have been. Despite its breathtaking beauty and exotic culture, we have not been able to spread its fame further. I know there are many people who still think that Nepal is a place somewhere in India and being a citizen of an independent sovereign country this makes me feel sad. The reason for this is from unfair politics to not enough effort from the citizens.

I really hope that all of us Nepalese do anything we can from our own level to make our country famous which this country truly deserves.
