Is Nepal going to declare war against India?

Is Nepal going to declare war against India after India illegally captured Lipulekh and Kalapani (parts that belong to Nepal)? Is the UN going to support them or should Nepal fight alone?

Well NO,

Nepali communist govt is limited to designing new maps and let me tell you why.

They fed their people on social media about the Sugauli treaty which was signed between British India and Nepal and divided territory on the basis of rivers. However, the treaty doesn’t clarify the exact geography of rivers. India and the Nepali communist govt both claim different rivers as the basis of the divide and that’s the Main Basis of the whole problem.

But, what the communist govt of Nepal doesn’t tell their people is that there was another treaty signed between Independent India and Nepal which states that,

“This Treaty cancels all previous Treaties, agreements, and engagements entered into on behalf of India between the British Government and the Government of Nepal. “

So the Sugauli treaty based on which they are fighting is already null and void by default and holds no significance.

That’s why the Nepali communist govt is limited to designing maps otherwise if they had a solid base to claim that land, they would have gone to ICJ which is famous for solving such disputes.
