Most of the people in Nepal appreciate the things that monarchs have done during their periods. They have established different schools, colleges, and hospitals for the citizens of Nepal. Even though they appreciate the doings of the monarch they don't want them back because the citizens of Nepal believe in democracy. A small number of people wanted the monarch back but in the end, everyone knew it was not going to happen because 17000 people had lost their lives during the civil war to throw Kings from the Palace and establish democracy.
